Or maybe he has some trees or other obstructions on his end.  Worked him at
0720utc and he was easy copy (ssb) on my 10 foot dish.

Neil did a great job on his trip.  I appreciate his efforts to give us two
new DXCC's via Satellite.  Good stuff!
