Message to 3DA pilot station

I sent this message to K4YL who is the pilot station for the 3DA
expedition:

Hello Stephen,

Please encourage Neil to be on AO40 satellite for the next window to North America, South America, and Europe:

Thursday, 31 July from 0600-1030 UTC.

A lot of North American satellite DXers got up in the middle of the night this morning to see if Neil was on, but he never showed up. The 31 July window has ideal off-pointing angle of the AO40 antennas, so everybody will hear the satellite very well. At 0600 UTC he will have a window with Europe
and South America. Then the window will slowly move west. The eastern US will be in the window at 0700 UTC, and the west coast will get in the window at 1000 UTC, shortly before the satellite goes below the horizon in 3DA.
