No. Werner Haas was a careful and clever
designer. There is adequate filtering following
the final amplifier.

Is the OOB out of band a problem? Could HELAPS be
used on a satellite where the linear transponder is a
secondary payload, as would be the case in the launch
opportunity that WB4APR recently came up with?
