[amsat-bb] CT3 on AO-40 07/30/03

Costa (CT3/CT1EAT in IM13) is on now @ 1115 UTC 60 KHz above the beacon. 
He'll only be on for 45 minutes more..... until 1200 UTC then he must pack up his
