R: Molniya Orbit understanding

Hi Gunther W8GSM,

Get the keplerian elements of OSCAR-10 and replace the inclination with
63.44 deg and the argument of perigee with 270 deg

With an inclination of 63.44 deg the rate of change of the argument of
perigee is a negligible quantity so that the line of the apsides do not
rotate.

For the above reason the perigee and apogee latitude will not change for
many years.

Using 270 deg for the argument of perigee you will see that the apogee will
stay constant at the maximum possible elevation in the northern hemisphere.
