[amsat-bb] Tracking Software ?

Ok....  I am wanting to get an accurate track detail for AO40.  I have
got both 'Nova for Windows' and 'Hallosat'.  Both have updated keps.

One thing I have noticed between the two is that the satellite position
is quiet different and it's not by a small amount.

I am sure the settings have been correctly configured.

Whay would this be ?
