Thanks for replying.  I had a feeling that the person I talked to would be
on this listserv.  I was trying to juggle the antenna and writting down the
contact.  Will give the tape recorder suggestion that you and James
suggested.

I am glad that I made the investment in the AMSAT red book for $15.  It has
made things a lot easier.  The Arrow 2m/440 hand held antenna has been good
to me.  Also makes a good antenna for fox hunting.

Thanks again for replying and to everyone who replied to my inquiry.
