If its the same conference that I had a look at a few years ago, it 
didn't cost anything to download the entire proceedings in as PDF files 
- - and whilst most of its content was over my head I still found it very 
interesting..

The three days of the AMSAT-UK colloquium is costing me around £192 
which isn't that much different from the SmallSAT conference - plus 
getting there.back :-)
