[amsat-bb] V31WD

V31WD just came up on uo-14, but nobody would
qrx long enough for him to make some contacts. 

I had a very short window from the West Coast so
I don't know what happened earlier in the pass, but
what I did hear was a perfect mess.

Will they be on any other birds??? Would sure like to
work them for a new DXCC.
