[amsat-bb] FM-25

I will be operating from FM-25, in the Outer Banks of North Carolina next
week on UO-14, SO-41, and/or SO-50. I will mostly like be on in the evenings
or mornings. FM25 is almost all underwater, so I am assuming it is pretty
rare.
