RE: Serial <-> USB adapter
I bought these cables that plug into the USB port and out the other end
comes RS-232 via DB-9. The company website is www.goldxproducts.com and you
know they are cheap if I actually bought three... 8-0
Mine looks like the cable in the top right corner of the main page. I mail
ordered them but I forget from where. I have one of these on my K6-2/400
machine to supplement the normal com1 and com2. Run PK-232 (DX spots), ICOM
746/910, E-Z rotor on Ham IV. All seem to work quite well.
