SO-50?  How often is it on? I had given up listening for it and in fact it
is not even in my tracking files, because I thought it was harldy ever on.

Can you share your experinece as far as whether it is worth going outside
with the handheld for a pass??

IE, on any given pass, what is the probability it is on?  1%?  10%? 50%?
or 90%?
