[amsat-bb] Nothing heard

Nothing heard from DTUSAT or AAUSAT or CANX-1 on a 54 degree Eastern US
2259 UTC pass using 27842 from the latest elements on OIG.

I tried the DTUSAT "send beacon command" with no results. I did get the
following possible partial packet from something - it's shown in HEX.
