[amsat-bb] CanX-1 Beacon

Hi All,

We have still not heard the CanX beacon. I have put a sound file online
of what it should sound like:

We still think that TLE 27842 corresponds to CanX-1, AAUSAT and
DTUSAT. The updated TLE and CanX-1 info can be found at
	http://www.utias-sfl.net/~dkekez/
