Dear All,

Below is the summary of orbital status of each objects on the MOM Launch.

NORAD have consolidated their observation data and now uses 27xxx object
calatog number. Included below is a "Contact Attempt Plan" that
describes what will be done during the next contact opportunities.

---- Past Observations

07/02/2003
17:00 EST - UTIAS observed beacons at the AAUC frequency and period at
27846.
13:30 EST - Aalborg reported more signals at AAUC frequency using
NORAD-MH 76998, stronger than what was received in 07/01 when using
NORAD-CM 75906.
12:30 EST - QuakeFinder confirmed good success with using Russian
Elements and that possibly QuakeSat might be 60 seconds behind.
12:00 EST - All objects are cataloged on the NASA website. Conversation
with NORAD-CH confirmed that some of the objects might be duplicates.
Object Estimates as of this date/time:
27842/27846/75907 - **UNCONFIRMED** possibly duplicates of either Cute-I
or XI-IV
27843/27847/75908 - MOST; others are possibly duplicates or
**UNCONFIRMED** objects
27844/75909 - **UNCONFIRMED** possibly either Cute-I or XI-IV
27845/27848/75995 - **UNCONFIRMED** possibly QuakeSat (based on contact
observation using Russian elements), and/or part of the NLS-1 group
76996/76997/76998 - **UNCONFIRMED** possibly NLS-1 group; contacts to
these objects have not been re-established.
11:50 EST - Aalborg reported undecodable beacons at higher s/n at the
right interval at the AAUC frequency, using 76998 from NORAD-MH.

07/01/2003
17:30 EST - NORAD-MH unable to re-acquire w/ 76996, 76997, 76998
15:00 EST - UTIAS/Aalborg considered a new hypothesis based on the NORAD
Millstone Hills Radar Data, as follows:
#27840 - Breeze
#27841 - MIMOSA
#75907 - QuakeSat
#75909 - Cute-I
#75908 - MOST
#76995 - XI-IV (this coincides w/ #75910 from NORAD.CM)
#76996 - DTUsat
#76997 - CanX-1
#76998 - AAUC
13:30 EST - Aalborg heard very faint beacons from AAUC
Object Estimates as of this time/date (excl. confirmed objects):
75906 - NLS-1 group
75907 - XI-IV
75908 - MOST
75909 - Cute-I
75910 - QuakeSat
10:06 EST - UTIAS confirmed CW-Beacon from Cute-I; regain contact with
MOST using 75908 elements.
*various* - HAM operators reported repeated contacts w/ Cute-I, XI,
QuakeSat

06/30/2003
*various* - QuakeFinder confirmed telemetry from QuakeSat/NLS-2; TITech
first contact with Cute-I, confirmed deployment of solar-paddle
UofTokyo confirmed XI-IV CW-beacon.
16:49 EST - UTIAS reported first contact with MOST
15:42 UST - First contact to MIMOSA reported
09:06 PST - QuakeFinder detected CW-Beacon from QuakeSat/NLS-2
11:49 EST - CanX-1, DTUSat, AAU Cubesat, Quakesat Separation
11:47 EST - XI-IV, Cute-I Separation
11:46 EST - MOST Separation
19:02 UTC - MIMOSA Separation
14:15:25.395 UTC - Lift-off of Rockot-MOM from Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Russia
