[amsat-bb] VK9X (Christmas Island) and VK9C (Cocos Keeling) on AO40

A DXpedition team of 4 German hams announced that they will be active on
AO40 satellite.

Christmas Island October 4-11, 2003.  Hams in the Central U.S. will have
short windows.  Hams on the east coast won't have any windows.

Cocos-Keeling Island October 11-12, 2003.  This one is still further west.
Hams west of the Mississippi will have short windows.
