[amsat-bb] Cubesat preliminary KEPS

Here's the preliminary KEPS I've collected and modified for my use. All
satellite numbers are bogus and should be replaced by the NORAD ID when
available.

I'm using the "CUTE-I" set for "CUBESAT-XI" also.

Just noticed "AAUSAT" and "DTUSAT" are the same except for the checksums.

I haven't found any preliminary KEPS for "QUAKESAT" yet.

So far have copied the "CUBESAT-XI" and "CUTE-I" CW beacons.
