You are right!
It must the RB stages on the way to deorbit.
For some reason, there aren't any more tacked objects at the moment. Non US
launches receive a low priority on NORAD's to-track list. We will have to
wait a bit more. Once they have more information I will post.

Assi, these two payloads, A and B must not be associated with QUAKESAT
as they have completely different mean motion. Payload A and B have
a MM of 14.9509xxx and 15.0862xxx while Quakesat and Can-X have motions
of 14.19789xxx and 14.18134xxx Cliff K7RR
