[amsat-bb] Quakesat

Quakesat heard at about 0018z

I was in the back room and only had an OMNI 6" whip on my Kenwood D700,
but I heard clear strong 9600 baud bursts and satellite was 2000miles away
and low on horizon!

By the time I got out here, it was gone.
But it was heard on the correct downlink for Quakesat.

Wow, good successes so far...!
