[amsat-bb] AO7 mode A is alive and kicking

Hi All
I have noticed recently that although the AO7 29Mhz has not been heard ,the 
mode A transponder is still active, I called CQ today but no answer.I 
reduced power down to 20w erp and still got an S9 return signal when the Sat 
was at 30deg El.
