[amsat-bb] Instantrack/XP/SasiTracker

I wasn't clear before.  The SASI Tracker works with Nova.  I am trying
to get it to work with InstantTrack, because I am a big fan of
InstantTune.  Anyone figure out how to get the SASI to work under XP
with InstantTrack?
