[amsat-bb] Anyone got a cheap Conifer Preamp for sale/trade?

I can't seem to find any of the Conifer PA-1033's anywhere and I was hoping
to get a station on AO-40 for field day.
If I currently had a job I'd buy one of the others listed on Ebay but......
anyone got a lead for me?
