Doesn't satellite broadcast TV use C-band? If you can receive signals there,
and make any decent use of them, it might very well be possible to do
something. Any S-band dish with reasonable gain at those frequencies should
have pretty impressive gain at C-band...
As for the exact frequencies, I don't know.
