Announcing the next AO-40 Beacon + 20 Net this Sunday morning at 1400z. If
that frequency is busy, I will call up in 5 kHz increments to find a clear
spot. The satellite will be in excellent position, with low squint and under
50,000 km. All the western hemisphere, including the Caribbean, KH6, and KL7 will
be in the window towards 1500z.
This is an excellent opportunity to test out your Field Day system. Drag
that dish and beam out onto the patio or drive over to a nearby park and shake
the bugs out of the hardware, tracking program, whatever.
73,
Jerry, K5OE
