[amsat-bb] Re: AO-40 FD

Of course FD is the _following_ week (28th and 29th) this year, so AO-40
will rise on the US east coast around 0700 UTC (MA ~57).

I'm sure Stacey was editting a note he sent last year and neglected to
change the dates.
