I use an AIDC hooked up to 125 feet of RG-6 75 ohm with a RS Attenuator 
Pad on the DC.  The radio is an IC910H.  I have transmitted in to the 
DC at high power a dozen times no damage to the DC.  Blew the RS 
Attenuator Pad once.  The pads cost 7.00 CDN.
