[amsat-bb] NASA TV antena ? XE2AT

Hi boys i am using a 12 foot dish to receive the NASA TV and now I need to clean the roof, so anybody know if with a 5 foot dis
h I can receive this channel ? I am at 21.8 degrees latitude NORTH..
