We had a similar issue last year. What we ended up doing was assigning each
HF band as a satellite. The important thing was to make sure the FD
Chairman that compiled all the logs didn't merge the satellite file in with
the HF contacts. Our arrangement was like this:
160m AO-27
80m UO-14
40m AO-40
20m FO-20
15m FO-29
10m AO-10
