[amsat-bb] Fo-20 No SSB but CW works

On orbit 62166 for FO-20 I was able to hear myself on CW on the downlink.
Lots of chirps and unstable frequency noise but what was interesting is that
I could not get SSB through it.

I tried many times and never could get a SSB signal through and the
condition of the CW downlink seems to indicate big problems with the
transponder.

I know this bird is been having some problems but has anyone else seen this?
