Just for the record:
Goddard does handle multi streaming outputs.
It is the source data that is the problem.
They indicated that they would take multi inputs and xmit the first GOOD
block. All others of that block would be dumped. If there was not a good
block, they would xmit the first BAD Block and dump all others.
More could be done, but they just DO NOT HAVE THE TIME.... We felt that
this solution would be satisfactory... 
We'll see.

Hi Gunther,
   I'm going to bet its a Goddard thing, I just checked  at 2157 utc and
looked like no one was streaming so I started it up...   same thing 4th
is corrupted.
   Just talked to Lee KU4OS on the irc and he isnt seeing the
corruption... although he has also seen the missing 4th block in the
past...  Very interesting... 
Hopefully at Dayton you can talk to the Goddard guys... It would be
great if 
multi streams could work...
