[amsat-bb] L Band Transmitter

I recall a recent thread about L Band uplink transmitters. Several people 
were looking for some options.

The Spring Q1 2003 issue of VHF Communications has an article by Paolo, 
IW3QBN entitled "Microtransmitter for L-Band"
