[amsat-bb] maps of AO40's U-RX-AGC

Hello,

Inspired by the recent discussions about what causes AO40's 70 cm
receiver's AGC to show high values even with the transponder switched
off, I have made two maps showing the AGC values versus the satellite's
location.
Actually, I don't think the graphs are very conclusive, but I've made
them available anyway, at
