[amsat-bb] How to slow down a cde tailtwister rotor

I'm using an old tailtwister rotor for azimuth tracking on a 7.5` dish. The narrow beamwidth on the dish with 
the rotor turning too fast makes precises pointing hard to acheived. There is someone who  know a way to 
slow down the rotor speed?
