[amsat-bb] Wisp / KCT / FT-847

Would anyone know what is needed to make a Yaesu FT-847 work with WISP?  The
847 responds to the test program that came with the Kansas City
Tracker/Tuner but WISP doesn't capture the radio when a pass is in progress.
