Also true of the TS-2000.  I use the custom repeater offset for a memory
channel for the ISS.  Hopefully, the manufacturers will figure out that
there are some same band birds and add that capability (along with PL in
the SAT channels and maybe avoid birdies in the middle of the SAT freqs
:-).

This is also true on the FT-847 in satellite mode - but I can use a
custom repeater offset or program individual TX/RX frequencies into the
memory location for use on ISS on the FT-847.

It appears that you cannot put a split frequency from the same band into
memory or satellite memory.  For instance, ISS frequencies for U/L and
D/L. Did I miss something in the manual or is the above the case?
