[amsat-bb] New APRS web site

I just found an APRS site that is very nice.  It's
http://www.aprsworld.net
and has some nice functionality.  It's also a work in progress so there
are
a few "issues" as well.  The best thing about it is that it's open
source so
rather than complain about problems, fix them yourself!

Congrats go out to Jim, KB0THN who created and manages the site.
