[amsat-bb] PC based Spectrum Analyzer

Some months ago there was a discussion about a computer based Spectrum
Analyzer. A ham was merging an outboard broadband receiver with control
and display software to create a wonderful PC based Analyzer...
Does this strike a cord with anyone?
I printed out his pictures & outlines and can NOT find...
