[amsat-bb] Tranverters? (Reworded)

How about this: 

I would like to use my HF radio as a transceiver for 2m, 1.23cm, and 70cm 
weak signal and satellite work. How do I go about this using a transverter? 
The HF radio is an Icom 718.
