[amsat-bb] Satellite attitude plotter W4SM

Hi Everyone
This morning I have checked the telemetry infos on AMSAT archive to look
the actual alon/alat figures für ao-40.
My question: Is somewhere a description of the lines and circles of the
graph of teh satellite attitude plotter ?
I would like to understand this picture of the plotter (w4sm).
