RE: UPDTelm still a problem

Hi Gunther.......
Now i don't know UDPTelm very well, but as I can see, it works together
with P3T, and in the "MENU/SETUP" function of P3T, there's a mark
labelled "TCP/IP boot" which (I assume) u have to set at either "client"
or "server"
But it's nothing that "simple"........... is it ? :-) or is this only
to choose how P3T starts up ?

Also, does ur P3T work OK at 128.183.143.104 port 1024 as a client ???
I mean, does it connect correctly to "garc9.gstc.nasa.gov" ?

AND: You say that you've put the older winsock.dll in the one diretory,
but pls check the size and date of "the other" winsock.dll u already
had....
If it is different from the old version that Bruce sent u, move ur own
winsock.dll to a temporary place, and make sure that u have the old
winsock.dll in both the "windows/system" and the "windows/system32"
directory.

Hmmmm well, maybe none of this will work,.. but it keeps u busy right ?
hi.

Bruce, Lars & Anyone with ideas:
Well I installed the Winsock file in the one directory where it was
missing
and still the same result.
Start the program, click connect, wait.. After about 20 or so seconds,
you
get "Winsock error 10060 The attempt to connect timed out"
Any further thoughts anyone?
