Does  anyone know the author of the upload pgm "UDPTelm" used to upload
AO-40 Telm to the Goddard Server. I have the pgm and it is bullet proof
at
the home QTH. Am trying to establish over a DSL in Florida and every
time
get a Winsock error.... Am looking for any possible clues...
