well call me dense, but when I read "As a member of the AO40 Command Team may I suggest a +/- 25 KHz guard band
around the beacon."
I would take that to mean they want it changed....
based on the cw, ssb qso's less than 5 kHz from the beacon , it sounds like a good idea....
