Re: BBQ Dish Gain

I've been using that dish for a couple years. I love it. With a UEK-3000 at
the antenna I hear quite well with it. Mechancially very solid.

In the long run I want a DH Satellite 1 meter dish and the G3RUH patch feed,
which should yield about 26 dBc. If the specs on the HyperLink are correct,
it is 24 dBi linear, so about 21 dBc, relative gain, i.e.. So the net
improvement would be about 5 dB. If I were starting from scratch, I'd go
with the 1 meter dish and the G3RUH patch.
