Hola Eduardo,

Building SSB equipment is not an easy thing to do.
You may have difficulty finding the precision parts
you need in Cuba.

There are no ready-to-go systems that I know of,
but you could adapt S53MV's zero-IF radios to
2m and 70cm use. They require few critical parts,
and are on the web <http://www.hamradio.si/notune.html>.

If you already have an HF SSB radio it might be more
practical to build a transverter.
