[amsat-bb] Trim the fat!!

Hey people it's happening again.  Please trim the fat of your responses and
responses to responses.  We are starting to see up to 5 emails being quoted
and requoted in a msg.  Please use the right mouse button and delete all the
stuff everyone else doesn't need to look at.
