[amsat-bb] Another TS-2000 observation/limitation

I was trying to enter some sat memory channels in the TS-2000 and when
trying to enter SO-50 with it's PL, I found that the sat memory does not
allow entry of a PL.  I guess they *really* don't want you to talk to that
bird (with the birdie there and no PL).
