Howdy Joe:

I have used the 2M and 70CM eggbeaters with the ground
plane/radials on both of them and successfully worked the
FO20/29 LEO satellites without problem.  The antennas were
only 4 feet above the ground.

I operated both SSB and CW and made many contacts.  Your angle
of 57 degs shouldn't be too bad.
