[amsat-bb] Now DSP, ClearSpeech or ...?

Who uses the DSP ClearSpeech  Audio to which I could send him one or two
files MP3 to verify the reduction of the noise and the decoding of the
Speech signal?

I try to decode 11 seconds (188kb like 148Kb on a zipped file) of audio in
MP3 recorded here, an answer of a W1 listened here in Swiss entirely in the
noise.
