I remember discussions about the "birdie" problems with the TS-2000 and
AO-27 - I guess it also affects SO-50, since SO-50's downlink is 436.800
and AO-27's downlink is 436.795.
Perhaps some others can comment on whether Kenwood has fixed these
problems.
