[amsat-bb] NO44 with AWG Packet Engine

I'm using WinAPRS and the AWG soundcard packet engine and it works well with
terrestrial APRS. I'm trying to find a way to set the path to VIA PCSAT-1
when working NO-44, but it doesn't seem to work. I tried setting the
alternate VHF path setting within WinAPRS, but it goes back to the default.
Any suggestions?
